LDN is a prescription medication. Any authorized and licensed healthcare provider can write a prescription for it. Most patients take LDN at bedtime and the dose ranges from 1.5mg to 4.5mg. The peak production of endorphins occurs in the early morning hours i.e. between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m., hence taking the LDN at bedtime can increase the production of endorphins.
